"Everything I wanted from my visit"

Very welcoming and didn’t mind I turned up 2 hours early for check in my fault admin error

It had that wonderful nostalgic feel we had when we went away on holiday with our parents and stayed in lovely b&b’s with friendly hosts and made you feel really welcome. Before the days of impersonal big hotels feel like I was home

Mr and Mrs Rashid were welcoming breakfast very good plenty of options really good location for walking into Banbury room good size furniture a bit tired a good place to stay

Great location for an overnight stay in Banbury as I was at work til late eve nearby. Nice quiet room at back of the house, plenty of parking. Nice sized room.

Excellent friendly welcome, complete with offer of fresh milk. Good size room, comfortable temperature. Good TV.

Shower control was tricky without my glasses. I would have liked a safety bar to hold for balance in the shower; such a tiny point to make when the rest was so good.

Really nice comfortable bed was comfortable shower was hot, tea coffee making facilities, tv with free view. Very cosy room

The small table over lapped the wall so it was slightly awkward with bathroom doorr

Very accommodating staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Easy parking in the property. Will definitely stay again
