El hotel superó nuestras expectativas en todos los aspectos: instalaciones cuidadas, habitaciones cómodas, excelente servicio y un ambiente maravilloso para disfrutar y desconectar. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Matteo y Alex, los animadores, por su dedicación, entusiasmo y cercanía. Han sido una parte fundamental de nuestra estancia, siempre proponiendo actividades divertidas y creando un ambiente alegre y acogedor. Su profesionalidad y trato humano marcan realmente la diferencia. Nos llevamos recuerdos inolvidables y muchas ganas de volver.

The food wasn't great. Cold beans at breakfast and proper orange juice rather than orange dilute. selection for dinner could be better. Ok if you like seafood I suppose but could be more of a selection of meats, curry, rice etc

It was very clean and staff were welcoming and not having to pay a deposit for the wristbands

The token system you have introduced can be very confusing plus the housekeeping lady wanted to take the cups when she cleaned our room it was easier when you paid for the cups and kept them also the air-conditioning being turned on/off instead of controlling it in room turned it off as room was lovely and cool but then it kept turning back on then when we did want it on it was locked off

I thought the hotel was stunning. Beautifully decorated, grand and majestic. There is a wide selection of food for everyone. Everything was easily accessible and so much to do especially for the younger children. My stepson had a blast!

The good- Water park was perfect Pool at hotel was perfect Staff extremely helpful

The bad- I purchased the more expensive "All meals included" option thinking it was the "all inclusive" option because there was no all inclusive option to choose from. Turns out you can only have water with this option. I didn't not know that until well into our 2nd day. I couldn't even get coffee or juice for my 2 year old???? The air conditioner was locked my whole stay there so at night it was unbearable to sleep for me and my family. There were a few pieces of glass in my bathtub. Again, thinking I had the all inclusive package, we went to the water park and ended up having to pay to access it even though I paid for all the meals as the rules state. I noticed multiple families that had bought toys from the shop in the hotel and when the children were playing with them in the pool the lifeguards would confiscate them. So I didn't even bother to bring the ones I bought from the store to the pool.
