Good Experience and Nice place to Stay. Close to Airport with Free pickup facility available. But you will have to inform them about your flight details. Good Food and nice Indian Breakfast buffet.

First Class Hotel with Grand charm, spacious rooms, mature landscaped property, pool, and more. *** Breakfast is not included in room rate *** Rooms are being renovated. Be sure to inspect your room for quietness, view, refrigerator, etc while checking in. Security is a priority and is apparent. I recommend this hotel and encourage you to vote in the standard "breakfast included"

I’ll be honest here I don’t know how this hotel is 5 stars. It felt very fun Down and the service apart from a few staff was very slow and lacked any enthusiasm. Also the reception felt rude - I was traveling with a friend of mine and the staff at the reception understood me perfectly but after they knew he spoke the local language I was ignored completely . The internet for a 5 star establishment was extremely slow and frustrating. Overall for the price this was not a good experience at all. I would not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend if asked

"The lousy and worst 5-star hotel"

The worst 5-star hitel I have ever stayed... The room facility was terrible... Loud and noisy music whole day till midnight 3 oclock... The room can only be rated 2 stars at most

It needs upgrade it self .House keeping is very slow also reservation desk asked for proofs for all persons that is not an issue but despite of messaging them from expedia there is no communication from them. Food is very nice but rooms are not good.

"Fantastic "

As soon as you step in, the friendly staff take over your care and comfort, without overtly intruding into your privacy. The smiling staff always check on how they could help you right from the foyer to the ones you bump into in the corridors or in the lift The rooms need refurbishment The sprawling gardens could do with a bench or two to sit under the canopy of trees in the hot humid climate.
