Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfectly located near Dal Lake and Lal Chowk market, which made everything so convenient. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Nidha at the front desk for her kindness and professionalism . she truly made our experience even better. The entire front desk team was always helpful and attentive. The food was also delicious and added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting! 😁✨

Fantastic experience and the hospitality was amazing Housekeeping was amazing especially Ishfaq Payar and Asif Reception Staff was very good especially Nida, Aamir, Afreen, Tanveer, Tawseef and Jahangir.

Location was good and for a decent one night stay in central city- a good option within a budget. We needed a place for a one night stay in Srinagar just before we could catch our flight and this was a good middle option in a good budget.

Hotel is a little old school and run down, I believe it was taken over by Radisson from another hotel. The breakfast buffet was highly average - but didnt go there for the great rooms or the food, Went there for a comfortbale stay and good location in a decent budget which I got.

Hotel locating near dallake ,view is not good locating central in city.staff is exceptional and well experienced,from welcome to overall stay every thing was perfect give feeling like 2nd home.special thankx to afren , mujeb from restarant n Amir jansar nida from reception always ready to help ,overall it was awesome stay.
