The hotel is very good and the service is excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything was very smooth. Nida at the front desk was extremely professional throughout the process. During our stay, she continuously checked on us and ensured everything was comfortable. She was exceptionally attentive. Overall, it was completely worth the money!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to housekeeping, all the staff were extremely good. I would especially like to mention Nida from the front desk she was very attentive throughout my stay. I had a maintenance issue in my room and she handled everything perfectly, making my stay truly memorable. My son also became very attached to her. The hotel’s location in the centre, right next to Dal lake, is an added advantage. Whenever we visit Srinagar again, we will definitely stay at Radisson Srinagar

My exp with Radission and its staff was excellent . The hospitality is par excellence . Truly impressed by the warm hospitality of Majid, Freena , Mehak, Mvjeeb , firdaus, they all were welcoming and full of smiles . Special mention about Majid for his warmth and courtesy . we stayed for one night it was very comfortable with good amenities. We had complimentary breakfast continental along with south idli sambar, dosa,upma and north indian poori baaji and paratha. Nice cordial staff from reception to room and specially at dining area met Afreena, Mujeeb, Majid and Firdous. Each of them Humble, eager to help, smiling faces, giving a feel of being ‘At Home’ by their warm hospitality… and good food too. My suggestions is to add some Kashmir cuisine… Noon Chai Kashmir safron kehwa Haakh Nadru
