From the start, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is central to many places like the castle and art museum, and also quick access to go to the shore to watch the sunsets down the lake. They have several mamachari bikes which we used to cycle out to Koura Beach (26km return). Th hotel was clean and well run.

The room, as is common, was small but comfortable. We were glad the we only had carry on luggage.
