Location, price, friendliness of staff

The refrigerator was loud, the toilet ran. Maintenance needs to be done as the rooms look run down.

The room was filthy as was the bathroom. We wouldn't get in the beds so we slept in our clothing. The bathroom was filthy and we didn't take a shower. There were long hairs in the beds when we opened them. The blow dryer was melted! The walls, the doors and everywhere was just filthy. I have photographs of this room. I would appreciate and expect a full refund for the night we stayed there.
