USThe breakfast was varied and good. The location was in a quiet neighborhood along River Road. It was somewhat far from the falls but that wss not unexpected.

CAEverything was clean and well-kept. Such a cozy and beautiful place with really kind, polite, and generous hosts. The breakfast was simple but lovely, and you could tell it was made with care and love for people
CAUSProperty was well maintained and homely. Very quiet inside and outside the house. Was able to walk to Clifton Hill in 20 minutes and never felt unsafe. Would highly recommend this stay to others and would book again if traveling here.

There were Christmas decorations up in the middle of summer. A few tweaks to the decor would add to the atmosphere, but besides that everything was great.
