Like where is located.had a chance to see fireworks from Disney

Tub had water coming up due to not being clean

Not expensive

Staff not present and I called the number posted and no one answered. So I walked next door to the next hotel to get someone’s attention. I have a bad knee and walking did not help my knee also I really needed to use the bathroom and almost didn’t make it because no one was at the front office. I asked for a floor level being that my Son is in a wheelchair and my bad knee but was told all they had was top floor rooms . We could visually see that bottom floor rooms were available. We have stayed here before a few times and were treated well but I don’t know if it’s new Managment or what the issue is .

I had to requested a room change do to sewer like smell in our bedroom

The small in the rooms was not good

Really close to the parks, rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Spotlessly clean, with a fridge to keep drinks and snacks in. An added bonus of a lovely small pool to cool off in. Staff are friendly and helpful, even the place next door willing to help out if you have a query. Been several times and looking forward to going back again!
