It was convenient for where we were at. As well as easy to access. Staff was great and helpful.

One of the rooms I stayed in room 205 smelled like sewage. We had to keep windows open. In the hot room and we had a baby. Also there was a used shower gel left in the bathroom so we had to go get shower gel.

One day

Really nice option to have 3 queen beds! The location was nice for the price, we walked once to downtown Disney then Ubered the rest of the time for about $5-9 each trip. Pool was nice, not warm but not freezing either. AC worked great and loved the fridge & microwave. Convenience store just across the street was nice. Beds were fine but I like a firm bed and they were. Also tv programming was great, lots of on demand.

The window blinds in the bedroom were broken and no blackout curtains! They leave the lights on outside the room so that was horrible then at dawn it's super bright. First night we woke up to what sounded like gunshots but were actually the Disney fireworks seemingly right above us. Don't go to bed early lol. Water pressure not great but I've seen worse. Towels were a joke not sure what you would do if you are a bigger person and no pool towels. No maid service but ok with that. No air in the bedroom except a loud dinky ceiling fan. No real food options close, we used Uber eats.

Location was great

Remote control TV didn't work, the door lock was difficult to open, ice machine wasn't working.

Location: near Disneyland main gate, 25 minutes go for a walk

Nothing in service. Just bed, restrooms for take a bath and pee.

It is walking distance to the park

Half the outlets didn’t work, bathroom sink had a draining problem.. bed and pillows were not comfortable, and the breakfast? What breakfast- could offer fruit, yogurts, granola bars….. grab and go snacks would be nice . Our bath towels had holes….
