We stayed in apartments outside the castle but on castle grounds. We did not go to the castle restaurant. Enjoyed the beautiful countryside and a walk around inside the awesome castle. Would try to book the castle itself much earlier if we were to visit again.

The bed was not very comfortable, but the room was very sufficient and quiet. There were 9 people in our party, so we needed 2 apartments, which unfortunately were not located next to each other, so that was not very convenient.

Lough Rynn is such a peaceful and atmospheric hotel, complimented by luxurious rooms, food and service. Customer service is really next to none, very friendly and eager to please. Bar and restaurant staff are customer focused, food quality and presentation excellent and management are very welcoming and friendly

No dislikes and happy to hear that plans are in place for a spa centre which will be a welcome addition.

It was quiet and cozy with the beautiful location and walled gardens and has a warm welcoming feel

The only issue I had was the bar dining the tables were a little low for my long legs seating can be a little comprised for eating comfortably but it’s not a huge issue and if you you go for the set menu at the restaurant which on our next stay we will for sure you have lots of room

Beautiful castle and grounds! The dinner was fantastic!

There was an unpleasant sewage like odor in our room, thankfully not constant.

First room was not great but staff came to the rescue and got ground floor walk in bathroom/shower
