The service was good, and the location is very good. Parking is secure. Overall inpresion was good.

The Impression that i got was that a lot of things were scaled down since my last visit, like coffee with rusks, like drinking water in a sealed bottle. I understand that you supply filtered water in a bottle, but it is not sealed and the bottle looks very suspicious. If i may suggest something, the showerhead in Karoo 3 can be changed with a small head that would prevent the whole bathroom floor to be flooded with water after a shower

The staff helped us on short notice with a venue on the premises for the following day, being friendly and helpful

Location and friendly staff. Great size and good breakfast.

Nothing, will happily go back again

We were on the McKenzie side, the room itself was great, spacious and all we needed from a long day in the sun. The area itself was quiet and only 2,4km away from where we. needed to be. Breakfast was great.

Maybe just inform guests when or times the kitchen closes. We were a little confused there.
