・貴社（Booking.com）での名前登録が間違っており、そのため、フロントでの交渉でチェックインまでに2時間を要した。 ・予約番号、パスポート、予約したプリントを提示したが、ホテル側に理解してもらうために相当の時間を要した。 ・また、2部屋予約していたが、自分達よりも先にチャックインした宿泊者へ1部屋を譲る等の失態があった。 ・その際、ホテルスタッフは、自分と同姓同名がいるとの嘘をついて、ホテル側は悪くないとの態度を取っていた。 ・このような状況では、今後Booking.com経由での予約はしない。

Great breakfast and friendly staff! Location is great for those flying, like us; very close to the airport is a Plus!

Bed is a little too hard - even someone relatively young and Athletic, will feel it on shoulders and hips. Other than that, the place is pretty good!

AC was super loud with an annoying rattle. Hard to sleep. It was 15 minutes from car rental drop off. They increased my price 50% for moving the schedule one day.
