GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel

It was comfortable, a little noisy outside in the parking lot. We could hear people talking in the middle of the night outside the hotel.

Checked out early and was told I would be refunded the last night stay after having to leave early. However, this did not happen as Expedia could not receive confirmation from property of early check out. I talked with front desk staff and the assured me this would happen. However I have been stuck with a $177 charge because they could not do their job.

Rooms were spacious and hotel was very clean

I loved how spacious it was. I wish it had smart tv’s so I could have watched my own Netflix, Amazon Video, etc accounts.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room had a living room with pullout and a small convenient kitchen. Game room was fun for my son, kiddie pool was a good touch. We liked it so much we tried to book another night but there wasn't a room available.

Breakfast was great; rooms are very spacious.

Very nice hotel, bed were extremely comfortable. The room was set up very nicely, loved having a refrigerator with ice maker. Only downside for me was one small bar of soap for both shower and bathroom sink. Think two small bars would have been nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very pleasant hotel. Nothing fancy, but it’s clean, well maintained, and the staff is amazing.
