A Night to Remember Bed & Breakfast

When my husband and I arrived at 1pm for check David the host was in our room trying to get new t.v to work. We never used the t.v anyway. We knew that it was a Victorian house but the furniture seemed as old as the house. We stayed in the Grand Tower suite it was a large room, but wS lacking comfort. The mattress on bed was not very comfortable, it was very springy. Bed could use a new mattress. The room use quite cold but we turned on the electric fireplace and although it took awhile to warm the room up it finally got warm.The Jacuzzi was nice and big for two people, but start filling it up about an hour before you intend to use it as the hot water comes out very slowly. Cold comes out fast but it took about an hour to fill it. David was nice and he stayed out of our way. It is very quiet there so that was nice. We didn't stay for breakfast the next morning so I can not comment on that. The house is close to everything really. We would've stay here again just because it wasn't what we expected comfort wise. It is hard to tell in pictures how it really is. The room could use a fresh coat of paint as there was a patch on wall that needed paint. Not my taste in decore but to each their own.We made the stay special by just being together and having a night a way from home. It was quiet and peaceful.

Lovely place walking distance to all of the attractions.

The house is an old Victorian style and is cozy and comfy. The windows could use a wash and the veranda could use a bit of sweeping otherwise it was a nice place to stay. David, the owner is very accomadating, cordial, very knowledgeable about the area and makes a delicious breakfast for you everyday you are there. It is within walking distance of the Falls and the casino and Clifton Hill. There is also a convenience store nearby. We have stayed there twice and have never been disappointed and would stay there again. The rate is reasonable and it is quiet.

The owner was very nice and tactful and the breakfast was perfect. The bed was also very comfortable.

Was a very nice three day break, varied breakfast every day, excellent location, easily walkable to most attractions, free parking, host was very friendly and attentive. One thing we would have liked a kettle in the room. Would definitely stay here again, very good value.

Very nice victorian style house nicely decorated . We stayed in the Niagara room was very cozy. The owner david was amazing very nice and friendly made you feel right at home. Our breakfast was delicious and plentyfull. We would definitely recomend booking here when your down in Niagara falls canada. Hubby and i will dedinetly be booking a room here for our next trip down.

Massive penthouse suite with period furniture with a bed you never want to get out of. Graciously hosted.

Very comfortable king bed and pillows. Place was kept clean. Had a nice jacuzzi even though we did not use it. Lots of thoughful little extras like cotton swabs, q-tip. Couple of the light bulbs were not working, so it was a little dark in the room, I like my room very bright. Breakfast was yummy which included fresh muffin, coffee, tea juice, fruit cup and very yummy french toast.
