The Sill was closed, there were private events in the other casual dining. The pools and hot tubs needed cleaning. Loads of leafs in them. The 5 star restaurant was very disappointing.

Overall the property is good and the views great but for the price I don't see how it is justified to stay here. For 600/night (amex FHR), one would expect someone to help with the car and/or bags up the steps when checking in. Could see the value maybe if you have kids as there seemed to more things geared towards them compared to other places we stayed at

We loved the hotel and the staff was excellent. AJ went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was our first time at the hotel and we'll certainly be coming back because of the experience AJ and his team created for us. Highly recommend to anyone considering going.

What’s a memorable stay! I attended a catered event and it was phenomenal. Truly an amazing setting with top notch service and scrumptious food. I stayed in a renovated room and it was immaculate, stylish and beyond comfortable. Every touch point was luxury at its finest.

The restaurant has beautiful views of the ocean, and the food was fantastic. We attended the Mother’s Day Bunch, which was exceptional. Also, the staff is very receptive to feedback. I had a problem with my booking through IPrefer. The customer service manager, Colin, contacted me. He listened intently and worked to take steps to address my concerns.

Again a great stay at Wequassett. We enjoyed a newly renovated signature room, the decor was beach and soothing. The property has definitely earned their 5 star rating. The special touches at turndown, plenty of room to spread out, bath amenities are plentiful and the Nespresso coffee maker to list a few. The grounds are immaculate, you can see the effort that goes into them. We look forward to our next visit.

It is NOT a resort! Important to say to future guests. It is a nice hotel, the room is beautiful, the restaurants are good. But, definitely not a resort! The pool and kids facilities are only on July (peak of summer) . It is Not kids friendly! My children didn’t have anything to do all the 3 days here. There isn’t a spa, an indoor pool or sauna (we are in New England, the weather is something we know!). So for that couple of reasons I can tell you IT IS NOT A RESORT, just a nice hotel! The staff was amazing, at least 🙌

The waterfront room was exceptional and Dinner at Thoreau's was fantastic! Delighted to return for our seventh year and will visit again this year! Enjoyed sitting by the pool in the sun and having lunch and drinks at the Outer Bar! The entire staff from room service to meeting the new General Manager was a sincere pleasure.

What a beautiful resort! It has the most amazing views from everywhere - the rooms, the lobby, the pool, the restaurants. Just breathtaking! The pool area is spectacular with lots of seating around it. the food we had was delicous - on the morning we grabbed a latte to go at the little cafe - great option. And the service was outstanding!

There was a small mixup between my and another guests rooms and payment arrangements. The staff was very accommodating and even let me stay despite my payment arrangements being unsettled. The grounds were immaculate, the dining divine, everything perfect.
