building poorly constructed. I could hear the people upstairs talking and showering as if they were in the same room. Unfortunately this occurred at five thirty in the morning.

"We slept well and ate very well! Staff was wonderful."

Breakfast at the restaurant was beautifully prepared. We mostly opted for the most wonderful bakery, Sill, which is in the same building as the restaurants. Highly recommended!

We were at a wonderful resort off season so some of the summer wear and tear on the outside of the buildings was evident.

Good parts: Dining room and verandah were lovely and great views of the water. Not so good: As other reviewers indicated, room was tired and my cottage didn’t include any outdoor space. For that cost I would expect a nicer space.

First time here. I had never been to Cap Cod, so I researched places to stay, and the 'Wequassett Resort' kept coming up. I read the reviews from guests, and everything was positive, so I booked our stay there. Wow, very nice! It's beautiful, clean and the employees are well dressed, professional and very nice! We will definitely stay here again!
