It was comfortable. I mean, I had to work, so for the price it was reasonable. I definitely would come back there again.

Great location, good price, excellent tv. Comfy bed, big shower. Only real downfall was Luke warm showers. Will stay again unless I move to Eugene.

The place smell so bad and the A/C did not work. And they did not want to help. They promised will help but nothing happened.

As other reviewers have said, this place is pretty dated and barebones. And given the city-wide racket of hotel rooms being overpriced on football game days, it was a lot more expensive than it should have been. That said, it was the most affordable option around and was plenty sufficient for what we needed: a place to sleep after a long day.

Older but clean property. Small and needs new mattresses. Quite and needs more electrical outlets.

For a little mom and pop motel, it turned out to be fine. At first look when I got there I was a little shocked at where it was and how it looked, But it turned out to be clean and the owners were helpful. My complaint is what I paid. This is NOT a hundred dollar motel!!!! I am not picky and I slept fine and it served it's purpose. BUT, at what I paid I was expecting something else, and there are folks that would would have not even given it a chance. At sixty, seventy bucks, you would have gotten what you expected.

The gentleman, who I assume owns and operates the motel, made sure to tell me when I checked in that there is no smoking in the room. Of course I know that because you can't smoke in any motel anymore. That was the only rule he stated to me. In the morning when I was leaving he came in to the room and said that it smelled of smoke, which was not possible because no one had smoked in the room. It is my opinion that he did this just to steal my $150 deposit.
