"Disappointing stay"

Would not return

We were in a room on the ground floor with a view of a skip bin. The place was dark and it felt like you were in a dungeon. The bed was on wheels on tiles and would roll every-time you moved. Cold tile floors not a relaxing homely feel. From 1am the sound of the corridor door slamming and people making loud noises kept us awake. Disappointed with the reception staff when wanting to discuss our concerns and cancel our second night.
