Best location in Tallahassee in my opinion--close to FSU, Capitol, Downtown--walkable to many restaurants. If I had to reach for a complaint, there was a bit of street noise but it didn't prevent me from sleep. Thanks for a nice stay!

I requested a quiet room not in street side. We were in a street side room. The noise was unbearable. Did not get any sleep. Sounded like drag strip .

With the exception of the morning coffee team, I got the feeling i was bothering them, especially the front desk ! Facility was well designed but was showing its age .

"Walls must be made of paper"

Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. However, this is the noisiest place I have ever stayed. The walls seem to be made of paper. I could hear the people on one side of my room talking all night. The people in the room on the other side could be heard opening/closing their blinds.

When I arrived in Tallahassee at the airport from Atlanta I was wheelchair bound and asked for transportation to the TLH “AC Hotel”’when I arrived they told me I was at the wrong AC hotel but the driver had already left me at the hotel so I stayed here instead of the “other” AC . I am afraid I was charged for two nights at BOTH Hotels and request that the charge If any to the first hotel be removed. Thank you. It was originally booked thru “Booking.com”. Please confirm!
