"Use caution"

The eggs were cold for breakfast. When we mentioned they were cold, the cook disagreed with us, even though two other guest also stated the eggs or ice cold.. When calling ahead to say that we were going to arrive late( after previously paying for room earlier that day). The clerk told us that we did Not have a room nor a reservation at their location. They also told a family member that we didn’t have a reservation nor a room there as well. Which freaked me out as it was a peak night and our arrival was going to be close to 11 pm. The night clerk was very rude to me and demanded to know how many days I intended to stay upon arrival. When all we wanted to do was sleep in the room we paid for. The morning clerk demanded to know exactly what handicap my partner had and why he needed a handicap room. Which is a hipa violation. He has a prosthetic leg and walks fairly well, but that’s beside the point. I have never had a hotel ever make these kind of demands. And as far as improperly cooking food, all you need to have is salmonella poisoning one time. And you will understand how important proper cooked food is.
