L'accoglienza straordinaria, la disponibilità anche, sia della struttura (logistica) che del personale (sempre attento). Nella valutazione si deve considerare, soprattutto, il rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottimo, ed anche il supporto per le attività di lavoro, svolte nella struttura con una serie di B2B. Per questo tipo di attività struttura assolutamente consigliata per chi non richiede il lusso (che avrebbe ben altri costi) ma la praticità.
