The room allotted to us was used by a smoker. No matter what we tried, the cigarette smell would not go away. The toilet lever came off many times. This property was once one of the best, but now it is deteriorating.

Hotel was close to the airport and clean, staff was generally helpful, breakfast was one of the best I've had ever.

Shower drain was completely clogged and showerhead was not working. On complaint, this was fixed on the same day. At the rooftop restaurant, we were told we can bill things to our rooms, but still a waiter showed up at my room at 11:40 pm and insisted I pay immediately not even the next day was possible even though we were staying for two more days at the same hotel. The hotel room key stopped working every evening and had to be recalibrated, plus check out took over an hour even though I had paid everything in advance and taken nothing from the minibar, due to a calculation error which it took 6 staff to solve for one checkout and still took over an hour. All in all, it could run much better.
