"A great choice of stay."

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant was great and the food ordered from the menu was excellent. The main restaurant was really superb and the variety of food offerings at breakfast was comprehensive and exceptional.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

"Very pleasant stay, good brealfast and a al cart menu"

I want to praise hotel stuff particular Fancy Zhao, Irene, Kiki Raymond. They are to kind and always at service. Fancy Zhao spend 3 hours with me to set up Alipay, also other help us with Didi payment since we don't set up Alipay work properly.

"Hotel tranquilo con buena atención"

Excelente desayuno, especialmente el omelett que preparan. Piezas muy limpias, la primera que me dieron olía a humo entonces me la cambiaron de inmediato.

El inglés del personal no es tan bueno, hay que invertir un buen rato para darse a entender normalmente. La primera pieza que me dieron olía a humo.

"I already feel like a successful businessman"

I arrived at the hotel a day early, without notice. It was peak season, so there were no vacancies, but Gale at the front desk calmly found a solution. He unexpectedly assigned me a nicer room. He also gave me his WeChat ID, which made it very easy to accommodate my request. I hadn't noticed it since I checked in in the evening, but when I opened the curtains in the morning, I was greeted by a forested paradise outside the window. Breakfast was a varied and delicious meal, and dinner offered even more options at a reasonable price. The other guests seemed equally satisfied. The Canton Fair shuttle bus made commuting to and from work very convenient, and the hotel staff were always busy and friendly, both morning and evening. I was disappointed that I didn't see Gale at the front desk again when I checked out. I hope everyone finds the talented and capable Gale! This is a hotel I'd love to visit again.

The gym and pool are great, but the locker rooms are poorly maintained. The staff are always out and about, not working.

El Spa. La atención fue excelente sobretodo de Lam Lam..la recepcionista del Spa tuvo una atención muy profesional y cordial.
