The room was very clean and staff was kind.

I booked on line, and there was no information about a renovation being done at the time. To enjoy a pool or breakfast, we were told it would be provided at the hotel next to us. As it was winter, walking to a hotel for these amenities was out of the question. I was very disappointed.

Room was clean quiet and comfortable, staff very friendly

Plenty of rooms available and all were clean. Staff was very helpful in providing me a room that was quiet and comfortable. No dingy, air conditioning smell, no lingering, cigarette smoke smell hotel was the cleanest. I've been in in the Hickory area.

Occupant in the room next door loved yelling on his phone at six am in the morning. The door that separated our rooms was too thin and I could hear every word he was saying. Just one of those people that spoke very loudly unconsciously. Staff, politely and quickly set me up with a different room. So I did not have to worry about getting woken up at the crack of dawn the following day.

Very nice and clean rooms. Love the free breakfast and the coffee available 24/7. We had the suite and the room was very spacious.

It was in same parking lot as convention i came there for, so I didn't have to try and find parking

The place was under construction at the time of my stay and I wasn't advised b4 I booked it. Therefor couldn't use any of the facilities
