Staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious and coffee was always available. Cookies in the afternoon as well.

The staff was the highlight of the trip. The breakfast buffet folks did a great job and were very friendly. I was at the property for a tennis tournament and developed a fairly painful blister. I asked the front desk if they had a band-aid, and Sara and Sam went out of their way to get me a few band-aids and also a wrap to keep me on my feet. Outstanding service!!! The remodeled rooms were also fantastic, featuring numerous power outlets and USB ports, as well as a massive television. Well done!

Convenient location. The hotel was very clean. Our room was facing the major highway so it was very loud with traffic. Also renovations were being made to the unit above us and the contractors were hammering and banging around at about 8 AM. We notified the front desk on departure. They said the construction was not supposed to begin until 9:30, he offered to pass on our dissatisfaction to management and he was very sympathetic to our experience.

Clean, staff, especially the chef and great location.

They were renovating the room about us and it was very noisy with knocking and scraping at 8 am.

Most of the staff we encountered were nice and helpful, but not all. The breakfast items were very good and plentiful and different each morning. The room was clean but dated and had old, mismatching furniture. The bathroom was similarly dated and worn. The housekeeping and related service was nonexistent. First, we were informed that room cleaning happened every other day. On our third day there, while leaving our room at 0900, we were asked by housekeeping staff if we needed new towels and replied Yes, please. When we returned in the late afternoon, the room had not been touched and no towels had been left. I went to the front desk to discuss and the male employee asked if we left the do not disturb sign on the door. Not, "I'm m sorry, let me get someone to take care of that," just "I can give you some towels." Another example of poor service ocurred when I requested more toilet paper (since the room hadn't been cleaned or restocked) and was told to come down to the front desk and pick them up. Wow, thanks! Customer service in general has gone to crap, and this hotel exemplified that.
