Ocean Breeze Motel

Very clean, good light breakfast selection, close to beach…exceeded my expectations…

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apt and it was great for our family. We stayed 5 nights and there was tons of room and the owners were great. Bfast every morning and you are about 3 minute walk down to the beach.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Location is great. The beach is within a short walk. However, the room felt quite humid, and the hair dryer was both loud and underpowered. The restroom didn’t have an air fan, which didn’t help with the moisture. Breakfast was basic with no hot food options. Overall, decent service but room comfort and amenities could use improvement.

The room had a great kitchenette with dishes and silverware, it was really nice. Beds were SO comfortable. Linens are new and updated. The staff was on top of everything, and helpful and really provided “invisible “ service. Continental breakfast was more than just a muffin and coffee, it was fresh fruit, bagels, breads, cereals, and such a great dining room. A nice quiet place to really relax and close enough to walk to the beach.

Great location near shops, mini golf, restaurants and beach. Favorite place to eat was nearby called Seafood Sam’s. Pool was clean and nice temperature. Room was clean, had a fridge and microwave for leftovers, and AC was so nice for the hot days. Breakfast included yogurts, bagels, crossiants, fruits, milk, coffee, cereal, etc. Would definitely come back!!!

I just stayed here for my 27th birthday weekend and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff was so friendly and it was so convenient being so close to the beach!

Our stay at the Ocean Breeze Hotel was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Cape Cod hospitality and a relaxing coastal vibe that instantly made us feel like we were on vacation. 🌊✨ The rooms are bright, clean, and stylishly updated…think crisp white linens, coastal-chic décor, and little thoughtful touches that make a big difference. Location-wise, you can’t beat it. Just a short stroll to the beach, close to great restaurants and ice cream spots, and a perfect home base for exploring Hyannis, Chatham, or hopping on the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. 🚤🍦 There’s a laid-back charm to this place that makes you want to slow down and savor every moment. The pool was pristine, the grounds were beautifully kept. The owners were SO HELPFUL in helping us plan activities for the day. Bases on their recommendation, we did a day trip to the pier in Chatham, checked out local beaches, and spent the day in PTown. The next day, they told us the utilize the ferry going out of Woods Hole for a less expensive alternative to getting to Martha’s Vineyard. So cool to visit during the 50th anniversary of the JAWS movie (it was filmed in Martha’s Vineyard) 🦈 Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a peaceful, friendly, and authentically Cape Cod getaway. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!
