Ocean Breeze Motel

This family owned and operated property was easy to find, walkable to the beach, and other area attractions. There are lots of dining options as well. The bed and pillows was very comfortable and there’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room. They also offer free continental breakfast from 8 to 10 AM and everything was fresh and the coffee was amazing. Awesome hotel! Owner extremely friendly. The beach was a 5 minute walk. The Skipper restaurant was also a 5 minute walk. Beds so comfortable with 4 pillow on each bed! very clean.

I wasn't ready to be wowed -burned too many times but wow, was i ever! It was CLEAN! Rooms and grounds! Staff - courteous and helpful and i think it swt the standard for all staying there. No stuffy, smoke perpetrated motel here, a true class act of a motel. My only wish was that there was some shade or umbrellas over by the pool but otherwise, everything was great! Cant wait to go back !!

Lovely vibe; the owners were so friendly; the pool and rooms were clean; and we could walk to the beach.

The couple who own motel are wonderful. Motel is adorable and well maintained. Pool area was fabulous. Near beach and a great restaurant called The Skipper Chowder House! However, room had a musty smell and felt damp at times. A dehumidifier would be a great idea.

Just enjoyed a week stay at The Ocean Breeze Motel, rooms clean and tidy. In walking distance to beach. Just off the main road, so very central to all routes. Breakfast was excellent.

Perfect location on a quiet street in South Yarmouth within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately, although rooms were very clean and recently renovated, it was very musty and the beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache almost every morning (we stayed for 3 nights). These should be simple fixes to make the stay a much better experience.

A great spot - close to beaches and other Cape amenities.

Id give this room a 3.9 out of 5. Really nice staff.
