Aloha Resort

Absolutely gorgeous location..right on the beach with spectacular sea views and right beside all the action on Lamai's main strip for shops and restaurants. (But at the quiet end of Lamai so no noise at night)

The bathrooms were a bit old and tired but very clean

The property was so close to the beach, a great pool, wonderful beach front and very clean and beautiful. The beds were comfy and the air con was cold and a quiet bungalow that was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

Nothing it was fantastic !

Die Lage und der Pool

Nur eine Steckdose im Zimmer. Im Bad muffelt es und an Decke war Schimmel. Zimmer sehr alt und sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

The pool and the sea area was amazing. The pool is really spacious and the garden is so beautiful, like in a movie.

Unfortunately there was a lot of issues we came across at this resort. Other than the garden and pool areas it was atrocious. The first room we were given the sheets were dirty. We were then watching the TV and a cockroach ran out behind the table. We killed it and hoped that was the only one. However it was not. A second one came out as well and we lost that one so we were not going to sleep in that room. We are very thankful to Daniel as he gave us a new room. We came into the new room very happy in hopes everything works out now. We did not have a TV in this one but we agreed that it's fine as long as we are away from the bugs. In this room the AC was broken so we were melting. It was so so hot and we couldn't sleep all night. To top it off another cockroach showed up in the new room. We killed it and didn't bother complaining again. We did complain about the AC and they said someone would fix it however even after that it was not working properly so we went to ask for a fan or something to replace the AC. Daniel once again was really helpful and gave us a fan. This wasn't good enough but it was better than no AC. Continuing on, I also want to mention that the bathroom smelled SO BAD. We could not even go inside from the smell. I assume it's the sewage or something because it was absolutely DISGUSTING. We didn't complain about this as we felt annoying at this point but overall the room experience was awful. Also there is no lift :). Daniel really tried his best to accommodate us and we really appreciate it but the owners of the hotel need to work on the inside because it is awful compared to the outside.
