"Had to pay for parking"

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable. I slept very well. But they charged $16 to park. The website said free parking. I asked the clerk about it, and she said they had changed their policy 6 weeks before but never updated the website.

Overall fine stay. Found dark hairs on my pillows when I arrived. Other than that, the room was clean. The lobby area was also clean and nice.

"Hotel needs updating "

Property had not been updated in a long time, the carpet in guest rooms was pretty musty and beds uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Great location close to market square

Very close to downtown area and shopping mall. Parked at ice rink near by and walked the waterway at night (Christmas Lights decorations). Welcomed by friendly staff ..and housekeeping was done daily.

"Very good Front Desk Service!"

Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to make a last minute cancellation. The front desk manager, Rakesh, was very helpful and understanding and I can't thank him enough. His outstanding service ensured that I will be using this hotel in the future!
