Hilton Garden Inn Houston/The Woodlands

It was so nice and clean! Very convenient with stores and restaurants within walking distance!

I liked everything!

Loved that this property was within walking distance of Market Street & Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, but would have been better if sidewalk path had lighting for walking at night. Unfortunately, our stay was uncomfortable, as our room was humid and sticky (even with thermostat set at 60), and the king bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Housekeeping did a great job and room was very clean, but no recycling, and towels were replaced after one use even though we'd hung them to dry/reuse.

Staff were pleasant and helpful when there were hiccups.

The value of the breakfast was not worth the offering. I could have gone to any other hotel and received the same fare as a free continental breakfast. Additionally, we encountered numerous glitches such as wrong room, missing breakfast vouchers and staff attempting to charge us for the mediocre breakfast. As stated above, the staff was gracious, but the lack of organization and attention to detail was noticed.

Overall good experience. Room smelled damp/musty. Had to pay for parking. Had to pay for breakfast, that said, the food was very good.

It was clean and everyone was friendly.

The hotel is run down. Breakfast was horrible. There is no service you have to set the table yourself for a buffet charge of $18. I was served cold made to order $18 French toast served with no syrup and no silverware. My child got hot pancakes but not his meat side my husband had already finished his breakfast and went back to the room because it took ridiculously long. Never asked if anyone would like a beverage. We should have ordered DoorDash would have been faster and hotter. You have to pay $15 for parking which is hidden. I didn’t even have a vehicle. I’m a diamond member and get a breakfast credit yet they don’t honor it. We were here for a concert had it booked for our next concert have canceled going back to the Westin.
