Hilton Garden Inn Wilkes-Barre

L’hôtel était propre, à proximité d’un supermarché et d’autres commerces et restaurants. Le matériel est récent et confortable.

Le personnel a oublié de faire notre chambre une fois. Nous les avons alerté vers 16h et à notre retour ils était bien passés, mais la propreté n’avait pas été correctement faite et le lit n’avait pas été fait…

The location is excellent.

The cleaning staff for the third time in a year failed to have my room ready by check in or shortly after. As a Hilton honors member I’d selected my room the day before, and they still didn’t have it ready by 3:15 (check in is at 3). Then they said I’d have to wait at least another hour for them to do it. What good is choosing a room if the cleaning staff doesn’t clean those rooms first knowing they’re booked? To top it off they’d had two entire floors blocked off so the front desk couldn’t assign them despite it being four hours after check out. Which is literally half the hotel. Then I was told oh they’re shirt handed. Last time it was nonsense about the one cleaning member having a baby while on the clock, and I forget the excuse the time before that.
