"綺麗で満足ですが、空調だけが不便でした。"

駅から直結でアクセス良い。館内も部屋も広くて清潔。2階にファミマあり、外出ると目の前にドラッグストアありで便利。エレベーター4機あって、すぐに来るから待つ必要なくて良かったです。関空までの無料送迎バスは、予約制で乗れます！

夜通し何か金属が当たる音がカンカンと響いてて眠れなかった。エアコンはルームキー抜くと止まる仕組み。オンにしてるのに風が止まったり付いたりして、21度に設定しててもあんまり涼しくない。汗だくで起きました。冬はいいけど夏場は泊まりたくない。

Free shuttle bus was amazing, great location, convenience store on level two was great & had friendly staff, easy walk over to the train station, lots of room for storing luggage

As you walk into the lobby for arrival or departure the staff are just all yelling at you check in check in check in or check out & pointing at machines, no greeting no how was you stay nothing. It’s not very welcoming, also when I asked about leaving my bags they just pointed at the luggage room no instructions no help just pointed. The shuttle bus drivers were both super unfriendly too again no greetings just took my bags with a sigh, no acknowledgment when I spoke to them or thanked them.
