"やっぱり風呂ですな"

口コミにあった食堂の名物ホテルマンが居て　本当に居た〜と嬉しかったです　4歳の息子が「まだ出たくない〜」と露天風呂を1番気に入っていました　りんどう館を予約したのに　こまくさ館に案内されたのは嫌でしたが　トータルで考えたら　ま、いっか　です

"安いのに素晴らしい温泉に入れる"

部屋が暑く寝苦しかった。 チェックインのスタッフがロボットみたいで感じ悪かった。駐車場が遠く寒くて歩くのが大変だった。部屋は使いやすかった。温泉が素晴らしかった。

Staff not much speak ENG but try to service. also with other thing about room docoment that no Eng.I just know that outdoor onsen are for both Male and female and you need to bring special towel to use out there and no user manual in ENG. Food are not good in dinner and breakfast buffet Too much carb, not a good quality of meat.

スリッパのデザインを変更したらどうかと思った。 小指の爪がスリッパの前部分の隙間に挟まって歩きにくそうにしてる人を多く見かけた。

"Very nice ONSEN (ROTENBURO)"

We can enjoy ONSEN with male and female at ROTENBURO. It’s very nice, beautiful and comfortable. This time, we could enjoy it with snow. In addition, a ski area is very close to this hotel. Very good location.
