Travelodge by Wyndham Saint-Liboire

Nothing to like.

When I arrived my travel partner had problems with the hotel already charging his credit card hours before we arrived. Not optimal as we wanted to put the stay on another card. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 (basic cereal and coffee) but I had to call the site operator and wake him us so we could get into the lobby to check out. These issues were irritating but not the reason for the low rating. What earned the 1 star (I would give 0 if Tripadvisor would let me) is the fact that when I turned the water on in the shower I was soaked in raw sewage water. This is not an exaggeration, The water smelled like they had just pumped the septic system water on me. I had to use bottled water to wash myself off. My travel partner, who was on the other side of the property, questioned me in the morning if I had any trouble with the water. That means that my experience was not local to my room, but property wide. Until this can be rectified, I would advise not staying here.

It was quite but the water in the facility has a sting acid smell and not good to drink. My dog would not even drink it. So. That needs to be addressed.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very run down!!! It looked nothing like it's pictures. The breakfast was a very small table in hall way. Everything was very dated and cleanliness was questionable. We had a no smoking room but it smelled like a smoking room.

The water smells like sulphur. No fan in washroom. Things falling apart in the room.

Not bad but the wifi would kick in and out often. A little fustrating.

It was clean, can’t say any different.

Pool was broken. The first room smelled like cigarettes. The room we moved to smelled like sewage the following morning. wifi was weak. The place was very dated and run down.

There was dog excrement in front of the units from the owners dogs. The water smelled of sulfur The tub was dirty. There was no restaurant. The sign for the Travelodge was on the ground and not visible. Unable to get in to check out in the morning. They have been renovating apparently for a year and are nowhere finished

Area looks a little run-down. There was a peculiar smell in the room when we checked. Had to open the door for awhile to air it out.
