Comfort Suites Conference Center Rapid City

Front desk team helped with ensuring our addresses and information were correct on our receipt, as we were in SD changing residency. It was the main purpose of that trip and the staff made our lives easier by being knowledgeable on the process. They were great.

Could have used more in room coffee packets. No real complaints.

All was good but the breakfast lacked a lot compared to other comfort ins we've been.

Spacious room, great breakfast selection, comfortable bed.

The pool was closed for 9 days for resurfacing in peak tourist season. Bathtub and sink drained poorly, called front desk twice, no answer, left messages, no return calls, nothing done. Room was not clean - sink dirty, floor not mopped and sticky.

I loved everything about it. No complaints. It was right up the street from the airport and close to everything that we wanted to see.

Getting to the hotel from the highway is a little tricky

Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, good wifi
