It was clean and comfortable. Security which helped us feel more relaxed

From the moment I walked in, the front staff were rude and seemed to be mad at the world. Tried to make me pay again even though it was paid for on line. I showed proof but she was still rude. Either pay better to get better staff, or do more background before hiring. Her attitude ruined the first half of the night.

This hotel is very clean. The staff is amazing. The rooms are spacious. My family was here for a funeral and they were very accommodating. Angel the Bartender was great! The lounge areas are beyond comfortable. True Southern hospitality and definitely a great place to stay!!!

Convienent lovation

Tv in room had very little reception. Pool was very cold. Mini fridge did not work. It was unplugged after plugging in it got very warm inside and never cooled told staff about problems at checkout. Didn’t seem very concerned. Girl who ran bistro in evening acted very irritated when food and drink was ordered. It was like we were inconveniencing her.
