THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION ABOUT THE MORNING BREAKFAST WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ALL INCLUSIVE? BUT THEY GAVE US A FREE BREAKFAST ANYWAY...

Rooms were very clean

Pray Selena is not working the front desk. After driving 900 miles we arrived and were told our reservation was for a different day. That was our mistake with Expedia that was fixed by us calling the third party vendor. Meantime Selena offers no help. Never once smiling or showing any empathy. She knew nothing of local meal deliveries ( strange for a hotel with no restaurant). We found a food delivery but needed a room number. She said no room number until you check. It would have been so easy for her to say “I understand,” and have the food delivered to the front desk we will deliver to your room. Every thing was what she could not do instead let me try to help. My wife had stayed there the previous week and Selena was no different. She should not be at a customer facing position.

all of the front desk team were great , the bistro restaurant ladies were "over the top" ! ( I always skip housekeeping I dont feel the need to have someone clean my room every day, one less to do) many restaurants and a Planet Fitness close by

There was a sticky substance on the desk.

Breakfast was advertised ( boiled eggs in bag) along with a few other things. Bistro in lobby selling breakfast( oatmeal eggs and waffles) mind you very expensive!!!

Coffee in the morning would be great. 5:30 or 6 am.
