The staff was kind

It is not very clean

Welcoming and friendly front desk and breakfast staff.

Pool had “out of order” sign. I came down for coffee Sunday morning 10 minutes before breakfast hours stopped and was out of luck it was gone. The room layout worked well for our family but it could have been cleaner, very dusty a/c unit. Room only has lamps and no overhead lighting so we found it quite dark. Could also use some hooks in the room (only one in the entire room was in the bathroom).

Excellent hotel. Staff was awesome to help us when we needed to change rooms. Breakfast was great. The pool could have been warmer, but everyone still had a blast.

Internet service is very very slow. The property is nice and the staff is exceptional
