"If you visit University with a car, it is great place to stay."

It is a good location and was a 6 min drive to the campus. Room is clean, spacious and is well maintained. The cost of stay is very reasonable with the quality. Free breakfast is offerer for my stay. It has a microwave oven if you care. There is Circle K next to it so getting snacks and drinks are easy.

These are not exactly negatives. It is a comfy suite and you have to set your expectation correctly, such as amenities, breakfast, etc. If you don't have a car and you may want to pick a location at the campus. It does not seem to have bus stop near by.

"The stay was pleasant. Very clean and right off the highway was perfect"

Clean and the staff was friendly.

The bedroom window had ice in it and the heat kept turning cold. Kids running through the hallway early in the morning was a little annoying
