Friendly staff

They had alot of amenities listed online that this hotel doesn't actually offer .they also used pictures of breakfast ect from a econo lodge not found in this town

The toilet was not working rt and backed up

First night I saw Bedbugs crawling! I slept poorly, and fully clothed. And the floor was grimy. I complained to the desk manager and they cleaned the room thoroughly, my 2nd night was much better

The light in the bathroom didn't work whatsoever and when we called they did send someone up with a light bulb but when they got there they noticed they weren't able to fix it with just a light bulb and that maintenance needed to in fact be the one to do so..so we showered in the dark ..the floors need to be mopped after stayed from a guest cause you can tell the floor is never touched but I seen that when I saw the cleaning lady the next morning cleaning other rooms. And the cleaning products smell is foul and to strong.
