Breakfast was great! Rooms are wonderful. Location was fine if you're only staying a night or two. Walmart is across the street with several big-name restaurants within walking distance.

The barbecue in the common area needs to be maintained. If the guests are supposed to clean it after they use it then there needs to be a garbage can for the ashes and a small shovel for removing the ashes.
