"Great stay at the Sampler B&B."

Very nice stay. Comfortable and wonderful breakfast. Host was very nice and informative on the beautiful home he built and historic points of interest in Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown.

The house is in an extremely good location about a five minute drive to colonial Williamsburg in about seven minutes to Jamestown They have their own offstreet parking and an amazing breakfast. The owner is friendly and cordial and we were allowed to have our dog so that was a huge plus!

"A must stay place if you visit Williamsburg..."

When Ike greeted us at the front door, I knew this was going to be great. Ike makes you feel like you were friends for life, and treats you as so. His cooking and his daughter's cooking is over the top. The breakfast would come in number 1, if there was a bed breakfast contest across America. If going to Williamsburg this is a must stay place. I know George Washington would stay here if he comes back to the area again. The bed was super comfortable and if there was any negative, it was we had to leave.

Loved the suite with sitting room and gas fireplace and private covered deck. Loved the food hospitality and location. Walking distance to historic Williamsburg. Highly recommend.

"Outstanding B &B!"

This is a gem of a place to stay! Lovely place with lots of character, antiques, and charm. Very friendly, Laura and her dad Ike are delightful! Several Cozy, comfortable sitting areas. The breakfast is to die for. I can’t say enough about it! Tasty, healthy, homemade. The smells of breakfast cooking is a lovely way to wake up. Close to all the historic sights and across from the campus of William and Mary. Highly recommend!!! It is on a somewhat busy street, has parking in front of the home.
