The Suites Hotel Jeju

The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. Beds were very small, eventhough we booked a twin room, you expect at least a 180 cm bed. And the bathroom is very outdated - a shower in bathtub… We are not returning to this hotel!

The location of the hotel was awesome, very close to the event place, and ideal for walking to the beach area and discovering beauty of surroundings. The breakfast was excellent with a big choice of meals, fresh vegetables and fruits.

The hotel provided just 2 coffee and 2 teabags, no sugar, cup and spoon, only some big paper cups. For five star hotel this is a bit strange practice. Furthermore during check in asked an iron from reception. They answered that there's an iron inside the room. Despite it, I didn't find it in my room.

We had a lovely stay at the property. Very pleased with our room and the hotel breakfast. Above all, the staff across the hotel were fantastic.

The pool space at the hotel is relatively small. Coin operated laundry facilities are also a five minute drive away, rather than on site.

The location was very quiet with sightseeing around . Transport to the airport is very easy through the bus network

바닥이 카페트로 되어 있어서 먼지가 많아 알러지가 심해져서 힘들었어요ㆍ화장실변기도 불편하게 되어 있어서 재방문은 하지 않을거 같아요

전반적으로 5성급은 아니고 3.5성급 느낌입니다. 조식이 3.5만인데 가격대비해서는 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 내부는 바닥이 카페트라서 먼지가 많았고 답답한 느낌이었습니다. 벽색상도 어두침침한 색이라서 올드한 분위기가 많았습니다. 중문에 위치한 점과 수영장보고 선택을 했는데 수영장을 옆에 블룸호텔투숙객도 같이 사용하더군요. 이부분은 매우 실망이었습니다.

합리적인 가격에 묵기 좋은 숙소에요 다음에 또 이용하고싶습니다
