Mondrian Seoul Itaewon

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing staff. Sally (Blindspot) and Yuna (Concierge) went above and beyond to help me fix a payment error. Both were very willing to assist and spoke excellent English, which I truly appreciated. Thank you both!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The rooms are uncomfortably small and excessively hot. When I raised the issue with reception, I was told that the air-conditioning could not be turned on at this time of year. The room temperature was 26°C, which is far too hot, and a photo I took clearly shows this. I was offered only a fan, which did not resolve the issue. Additionally, I could not open the window due to the constant noise from outside. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable, and overall, I find the response from staff to be unacceptable. I will not be staying here again

When I first stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by Yuna, who made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. As I checked in, the staff was nothing short of sophisticated. Check-in was easy and my room was upgraded. Continental breakfast was excellent with every single item being FRESH. The room was virtually spotless and without blemish. The hotel screams class and is truly beyond a 5 star hotel. Will be visiting again.

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, and his presence really elevated the entire experience. The entire staff was equally impressive—welcoming, polished, and genuinely kind. There’s a level of care and attention here that feels both thoughtful and natural, never forced. A beautiful hotel with a team to match. I’ll absolutely be back.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Mondrian. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding and made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant overall was great. We also really enjoyed the pool and gym. The hotel’s location is another huge plus, with easy access to local attractions and plenty to do nearby. A special thank you to Erin at the check-in counter. She went above and beyond to walk us through the hotel’s many features, made sure we knew where everything was, and even gave us helpful tips about the local area. Her professionalism and friendliness really set the tone for our stay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.
