Pacific Hotel

Comfortable bed. Excellent location.

Not flexible booking. Staff not always so helpful. Breakfast buffet too busy and big queues. AC didnt work so well. Kept randomly turning off.

The Pacific Hotel is located in the best location in Myeongdong!!! It's right where the action is and everything is very accessible either by taxi, Uber, or metro. The room was normal in size, and the beds were comfortable, I loved the shower!!!! I would stay here again because of the location!!

The breakfast was not that attractive. It did not have a lot of varieties.

Location was good. Very convenient and lots of eateries within walking distance,

Check-in was bad. The staff who handled our check-in was unfriendly and close to being rude. We believe her name is Ms Lee, No smiles and just pushed 2 registration forms to us although we have three rooms booked, When we tried to clarify, she impatiently pointed out 1 on 1 form and 2&3 on another form. We obviously didn't understand that somehow you can register one room on one form and the other 2 rooms on another form.

Location close to the shopping area. Room could be bigger with space for suitcases. Cleanliness -- in front of the Hotel area - should be better.

Spacious and tidy, 5 mins walk to shopping and restaurants, locate above train station.

Location is perfect for our family with a lot of Halal dining places to choose from, train/bus station is a stone throw away, facilities are good, clean and well maintained hotel, the room is spacious enough for three of us, breakfast is decent with sufficient choices given the price, staff speaks good english and helpful… it has self service laundry facilities too..

Will be great if the room is equipped with sufficient drawers for storage if you stay more than a week so you don’t have to keep opening your luggage bag to get your stuff out. The bathroom does not come with dental kit etc., you can get the kit at a small fee. Otherwise 7-Eleven is just around the corner for toiletries.
