After a long and tiring day out celebrating, we were met with the friendliest world-class check-in experience we have ever encountered. The staff, masterfully led by Manager Heo Gyu Seok, were incredibly professional and polite. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was defined by world-class comfort and genuine care. התור לארוחת הבוקר היה בלתי ניסבל כשעה לעמוד בתור. בחדר היו 3 מיטות ומספיק מקום אבל המעבר בין המיטה לקיר היה צר ולא ניתן היה להזיז אותה. הכניסה לבריכת השחיה כרוכה בתשלום ???

Super helpful concierge with tips for getting to our restaurant booking in Gangnam

The Lahan Hotel in Gyeongju is a really beautiful lakeside hotel with excellent spa facilities. The indoor swimming pool is relatively large. There are restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance (5 to 10 mins walk). It is a great experience to walk along the path by the lakeside, especially on a mild evening. While doing so we came across a busker and it was so pleasant to spend some time listening to his music. The only downsides are the queues for breakfast when the hotel is busy - there was one day when I had to forfeit my breakfast - and the fact that one needs to use a relatively long flight of steps to reach the garden when there could so easily have been access from the breakfast room. All in all, definitely a hotel I would recommend.
