"Duschen mit Schimmel, Rentnerhotel"

Die Lage ist gut, ca. 300m zum Strand. Frühstück und Abendessen in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Zimmerreinigung sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Wir mussten uns entscheiden, um welche Uhrzeit wir frühstücken und zu Abend essen möchten. 8 oder 10 Uhr und 17 oder 19 Uhr. Alternativen waren ausgeschlossen. Mit 1-jährigem Kind wenig serviceorientiert. Mit Kindern kann das Hotel absolut nicht empfohlen werden. Die Speisen sind zu keiner Mahlzeit kleinkindgerecht. Die übrigen Gäste sind zum Großteil sehr betagt. Das entspricht dem Hotel. Poolbereich und Getränkehalter dort sehr schmutzig. Die Duschen im Zimmer waren von Schimmel befallen. Auf Ansprache an der Reteption keine Reaktion. Das Personal war zu den Mahlzeiten nicht sehr freundlich. Kein nettes Wort. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht. 4*S sind in anderen Häusern von weit mehr Qualität und Service geprägt.

Wie immer Alles Bestens, besonders das Frühstück welches man bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse im Outdoor Bereich einnehmen kann. Unser Lieblingshotel auf Usedom.

Parkplätze nur gegen eine recht hohe Gebühr. Das sollte günstiger gehen.

Die Suiten haben zwei Räume,das fanden wir sehr gut!

Die E-Bikes sind nicht mehr so leistungsstark,weil schon älter,doch mit knapp 30 Euro pro Tag werden sie immer teurer...
