Die Lage ist großartig, das Zimmer war schön und geräumig (und das Bett riesig) - und vor allem war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer, was uns sehr wichtig ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich.

Der Check-in Prozess hat gefühlt ewig gedauert und der Kaffee war nicht besonders gut.

Room was not bad, a bit on the run down on some items, the location is a good location right in the middle of downtown budapest. Did not get to eat at the hotel.

The service, the staff when I arrive saw me waiting to get checked in, there two attendants, the girl just stared at me I was not sure if she was working or not, but I was clearly in line to be served while the other attendant was taking care of the person in from of me, I had to ask her if she was working, for her to even say hello. The parking is not included, you have to pay 23 euros, but is accessible right from the hotel. Asked for a iron 3 times and had to go down to the lobby after 40 minutes because we were rushing to leabe and needed it only for the person to bring it up then.

Hotel excelente, bem localizado. Café da manhã incrível e quartos super confortáveis.

Posizione ottima a due passi sia dalla metro 1 che dalla 3. Centro raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata. Letti molto comodi.

Prezzo elevatissimo nei nostri giorni di soggiorno, credo imputabile ai due concerti in città dei Metallica. Ci è stato segnalato un parcheggio auto a 23€ al giorno ma si sono scordati di dirci che quel prezzo era solo se fosse stato pagato in reception, noi abbiamo pagato il doppio. Alla reception ragazzi giovani che facevano fatica a dire buongiorno e buonasera e a dare qualunque indicazione. Ci era stato indicato che avremmo potuto prenotare la nave sul Danubio in reception, alla nostra richiesta ci è stato detto di inquadrare un QRcode e fare in autonomia. Peccato perché la posizione è eccellente, ma il trattamento proprio no.

Parcarea are locuri limitate.Cand am vrut sa plecam de la hotel,am achitat parcarea la receptie,dar nu am putut iesi din parcare(bariera nu se ridica).A trebuit sa ne intoarcem in parcare,apoi la receptie sa ne refaca cardurile de iesire.Personalul de la receptie mi s-a parut nepregatit.
