Everything, location great, comfortable, close to beach

Not great if you have mobility issues with stairs

It's a nice, neat little apartment close to the beach and the main street. It was also good to have a swim in the pool when the beach was closed

Great location, close to main street. Quiet area. Lovely pool with afternoon shade. Convenient underground parking.

On arrival, only one set of keys not 2 as stated on paperwork. No laundry key available in apartment. Called and they dropped one off a few hours later. Floors needed a good clean and mop. Couldn't walk around without shoes on. Bed was too firm. Unfortunately, due to humidity, the crockery and cutlery were moldy. Especially the plastics. We had to wash anything we wanted to use first. BBQ needed attention as only 1 burner ignited and gas bottle nearly empty, so we didn't use it as we attended to.

This self contained apartment was very good. It was quiet and clean with adequate facilities in a location convenient for the town

Nothing it suited our needs very well

The property location was very good, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Most of the holiday units are described as "boutique" and probably were when built. The Tropic Sands property is a bit old and tired. It needs some general maintenance and a makeover.

There were floods in North Queensland prior to and when I was there. This meant that no supplies were getting through and there was no fresh fruit or vegaetables and supermarket shelves were empty.

Lovely private balcony and clean apartment. Small but very nice pool. Short walk to amenities.

Couldn't use the iron as plug bent and wouldn't fit in socket. Nothing really to dislike otherwise.

Very dated and grubby looking, small bed, very uncomfortable couch, Austar remote batteries are leaking inside the remote. It seems the throw pillows may have been washed or wet when put on the bed and there was dirty stains on the sheets where they sat on the bed.
